When selecting interventions for a patient you want ensure you are using those that will be most effective in achieving your goals and that the patient can actually perform. One of the patients in my second clinical had a back injury that caused sciatic pain and radiculopathy. I researched nerve flossing as an option for treatment. The research below showed that it was an effective treatment that helped reduce pain and it was one he could easily perform.
